Terms and Conditions

I am committed to providing the best services in preserving your flowers and creating beautiful pieces. If you have any special requests for your flowers.  Just message me through the contact page.  


Please read below. 

All pieces should not be left in direct sunlight


Payments:

*By reserving your spot you would put 50% down. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Unless you pay in full 

*No refunds will be issued once deposit is down and the process has begun to cover cost of material and preparation time.

* You can email or text me with any questions or concerns. I'm always happy to help! 

How Long Does it Take?

*Shipping orders for preservations will take 2-3 months once the process has begun, this may vary depending on demand and what your order entail

* Shipping from our shop with our all ready made items will take 2-3 weeks

 

What to know About the Flower Preservation Process:

*We do use a spray to ensure colors stay more vibrant at the end of the drying process HOWEVER flowers are nature and we cannot guarantee they will not fade a little overtime.  We do offer color correction.

*We ask that you keep every piece that has been made out of direct sunlight to ensure long last flowers. 

 

What We Offer to assist in the color of the flowers to stay vibrant as possible:

COLOR CORRECTION: 

*If you would like to color correct your flowers, we will do so free of charge. We do save and preserve your flowers as much as we can, but this is always an option. 

*Of course, your more than welcome to decline our color correction option.

Resin:

*For our resin pieces there will be some bubbles that i can't guarantee won't happen.

*I will be able to get the majority of the bubbles out but sometimes they form quicker than i can catch them.

  • Disclaimer: We do not pay for ur bouquets to be shipped to us. The shipping fee is for when we ship your preserved items back to you.
